MASSPIRG, UMass Campus

Primary job responsibilities;
developing campus relations, coordinating the Hunger and Homelessness campaign, planning and executing events, fundraising.

I would rate this experience as very good and would recommend this site to other students because it is a good experience because MASSPIRG offers a lot of opportunities for leadership roles, but it is very time consuming and tough.

If I would change anything about my placement it would be to make the organization student run and I would only agree to do a certain number of hours per week instead of just always doing MASSPIRG stuff.

I would tell future students to make sure their field placement is something they are interested in because if you don't like it you're kind of stuck.
