Primary job responsibilities;
Check guests in and out at front desk, monitor phone lines and transfer calls, update and maintain sets of reservations.
I started in PBX but then moved to reservations, and then to the front desk.
I would rate this placement as very good and I would recommend it to future students because it gives you a good insight into hotels. I wish there were more challenging projects however.
To future students I would recommend considering all aspects before deciding on a final location.
