AIM Equine Network, Hamsbury PA

Primary job responsibilities;
To input stories/articles into CMS for equisearch.com. Pull quotes from the magazines each month. Help prepare online weekly newsletters for each magazine, help with clerical things around the office, help Kate London with whatever she needed.

I would rate this experience as very good and I would recommend this site to other students because it is a good first step for someone trying to build a career in marketing, editorial writing or publishing in the equine field.

If I were to change anything about my placement I would have liked to have been closer to home, had more responsibilities, and worked more in depth with the magazines.

To future students I would advise them to visit the place first and find out as much as you can about the job before hand.
