Fall 2008

Primary Job Responsibilities: Logging/Transcribing tape footage, several runs each day, picking up and dropping off equipment, organizing tapes, search footage to be used in different shows.

Changes in Primary Job Responsibilities: TRL, the network's leading show was cancelled and the interns spent more time on other shows such as Made and True Life.

Overall rating: Excellent!

Yes I would recommend this site to other students, you get to experience working for a major network and learn allot about how shows are produced.

Advice: Write up a resume + cover letter, and have it revised until perfected. Then apply to a few different companies and follow up with them a few weeks after you apply. Communicating with the potential companies is important.

Other Comments: Very positive experience working on shows such as TRL and Made. Interactive and enjoyable, but totally different form what I have learned in school. Highly recommended.
