Fall 2008

Primary Responsibilities: To observe and assist the staff whenever needed.

Changes in Primary Responsibilities: At first I mostly observed, then I helped with the staff, then I was able to work one on one with the ladies and help them full fill their needs.

Overall, I would rate this experience as Excellent.

I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this site to other students.

If I could change any aspect of this placement it would be that I wish I would've worked there more frequently, but my academic schedule wouldn't allow it. It also would've been nice to get paid.

Advice: Try anything you can get. I never thought I would be interested in this type of work, but now I am, and it has been a great experience.

Other comments: The work was not directly relevant to my academic work, but Sociology is a broad major.
