Anheuser-Busch; St. Louis, MO

Primary job responsibilities;
To manage 8-14 brewers on shift including pass on, assignment delegation, and guidance. To conduct daily production meetings with senior management. To troubleshoot various process issues by using trends, reports, and working with personnel. To train in all areas of brewing, even off shift

I would rate this experience as excellent and because my work was 85-90% management I would have liked to have used a little more engineering work related to my major. I would recommend this site to other students because it is a good atmosphere and you learn a lot. Also for a co-op the company gives you a lot of responsibility so you learn quickly.

To future students I would advise them to keep an open mind, it can/will be a great experience even if you don't like it, it will help you decide what you want to do. Also its a good way to network and maybe get a job offer.
