· If you do not see your company in the list; then send an e-mail to fieldexp@acad.umass.edu and we will add your placement location to the blog.

UMASS Amherst (All Departments)

Interdepartmental Program in Film Studies

Fall 2008

  1. creating advertisements/fliers for programs and events,
  2. researching about distributors for potential festival films,
  3. finding potential films for the festival.

Definitely recommend for students interested in the film industry and public relations.

Treat your internship like an important honors course because it is time consuming and very valuable. Be conscious of your workload and do not take on too many tasks you cant handle.
