Fall 2009

I contributed by blog posts, a pod cast and site maintenance. I was also in change if networking by creating and administering a facebook group. I began with one post a week, and we were given more responsibilities along the way.

Overall this was an excellent internship experience, also it was relevant to my academic work. Working on the site helped me immensely in my studies.

I would recommend this to students because you learn a lot about keeping a website and writing from the web, but it's also exciting to be a part of.

My advice for other students would be to get yourself out there. I sent requests out all over the place, so you have to be prepared for rejection. But when you land a placement, put your all into it.
