UMASS Amherst (All Departments)

University Archive/Special Collections

Spring 2009

  1. evaluating archival materials
  2. writing
  3. finding aids for researchers

The SCUA staff are all wonderful to work with and no one looks down upon or takes advantage of the interns. I would recommend this site, having an opportunity to work in public history or an undergrad was an amazing experience and has altered my goals for the future.

You must love history to work here. You must also be a strong writer.
