Film Studies; Amherst, MA

My main placement responsibilities were helping to prepare for the Massachusetts Multi-cultural film festival by researching the films, creating informational packets, creating and distributing informational fliers, and any office tasks needed. There were no major changes as time went on.

Overall I think this placement was a very good experience and I would recommend it to other students since it is a great experience with film. It is also an excellent opportunity to watch films you usually wouldn't see and you are able to meet some excellent film makers. Even if I had the opportunity, I would not change anything about this placement.

My one piece of advice for student is, don't hold back, don't be afraid to get involved in on campus activities.
