EMC Corporation; Hopkinton, MA

I was primarily in charge of the daily debts cash blog for the company. I completed the daily cash position to ensure adequate use of funds for EMC, as well as completed domestic and international wires, started / assisted bank signer project or global bank accounts and research prospective banks.

Over the course of my placement I became more accountable and had greater responsibilities as my job progressed because I was in charge of organizing a few projects for the team. Overall I rate this placement as Excellent and I would certainly recommend this site to other students. EMC offers a comprehensive internship experience for all interns and everyone goes to workshops and events to help add to the experience.

Even if I had the opportunity to change this internship, I would not change a thing, it was an excellent experience. The only piece of advice for other students interested in this placement is that I suggest networking with everyone you know and meet. In addition, ask the other people you meet if they have more people that you could speak to in regards to career paths.
