Amherst Media; Amherst, MA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working on a live set assisting as a director, camera person and also set-up/break-down

  • Final Cut Pro video editing

  • Field Shoots

There were no changes to my responsibilities other than the ones that I made myself. Amherst Media offers you to try what you want, when you want to.

Overall I would rate this experience as very good.

I would recommend this site to other students because it is a great environment to learn from mentors and it is a great internship to maintain while having a hectic college student schedule.

If I were to change any aspect of my placement, it would be to have more sit down attention from my supervisor and access to a variety of software training.
