I think this placement is somewhere between an excellent and very good placement and I recommend it to other students. This placement provides hands on experience of what broadcast journalism is really like. Not to mention the very nice people you work with. I would rate my experience as excellent and would recommend it to other students because its one of the biggest music groups in the region and it gives you a good foundation for the music marketing industry. The only things I would change would to have different hands on assignments in order to have an opportunity to learn more aspects of the industry.
My advice to students is that an internship is what you make of it. The amount of work you put into it reflects what you get out of it.
